From design to final product

1 Send our sales department an e-mail and indicate the type of water bottle, its colour and cap colour. Supply us with a logo in eps format and instructions for the design you want made. Please also indicate deadline, delivery and invoice addresses and your VAT number.
2 The sales department will process your data and you will receive an order confirmation with the agreed arrangements and a visual of the design within a few working days. The first visual is free of charge for every order.
3 Based on the visual you may pass on modifications which will be processed rapidly. Once the confirmation and visual have been signed and agreed upon, we will plan production.
4 The water bottle will enter production in Wassenaar. Our injection mould machines will produce the water bottle you ordered from polyethylene and dye granules (plus possibly the bio material for Bio-Bottles).
5 The serigrapher makes screens after the design; every printing has its own screen. The printing of water bottles is a very precise process.
6 When the printing process is completed the caps are placed on the water bottles with specially designed machines and then they are packed in easy to handle card board boxes holding 50 bottles each. A final quality check is carried out during the "capping process".
7 Boxes are fitted with name stickers, placed on pallets, sealed and delivered at the agreed location and time.
